Flood 1

Can't put a definite date on these images but consensus has it as 1991.  Any ideas?

During exceptionally heavy rain, Duns Rd. becomes like a silt laden river with
consequent flooding in the Main St. as this photo amply illustrates

...and West as it flows down Main St.
