This view, thought to be from 1902, is looking down Duns Rd. towards the Main St.
The large building (left foreground) was the Schoolhouse with the School at right angles next door.
The School roof & chimney can be seen behind the trees.

Walden Terrace was to be laid out parallel with the School and starts where
the larger group of children are standing.
