Unfortunately there is very little information on the web
regarding the railway.
However, this book by Andrew Hajducki is a mine of information
& illustrations and is highly recommended.

This excellent book covers the railway system
in and around Edinburgh.

East Lothian's railways are covered in some detail with
Haddington, Macmerry, Ormiston, Pencaitland,
Gullane & North Berwick all being described.

The Gifford branch line is included, & illustrations of the local
railway lines & stations make for a fascinating book.

I struck lucky and picked this book up in a charity shop.
Probably out of print now, but well worth pursuing if 
 you're enthusiastic about our local railway system.
