The High St. & War Memorial....date unknown.

Judging by the car and the women's style of dress I would guess this is from the 1920's
Not a great deal has changed in the passing years, but the cinema has gone and
the building is now shops.

Is the square, stone pillar beside the memorial a public drinking fountain?
